At Aralia.in, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions: - The product is unused, unwashed, and unaltered. - The product is returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact. - A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery. - Valid unboxing video proof is provided for damaged/defective items. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, certain products are not eligible for returns or exchanges: - Custom-made or made-to-order items - Altered products - Discounted or sale items - Items damaged due to customer handling.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Request Submission: Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery via email at help@aralia.in or call. Alternatively, you can submit your return request on our website.
- Processing Fee: A processing fee of ₹300 per product will be charged. Please share the payment screenshot via email.
- Direct Shipping (Optional): If you prefer to send the product yourself, our team will provide you with the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use reputable courier services, as we are not responsible for any loss during transit.
- Reverse Pickup: Once payment is received, our team will arrange for reverse pickup.
- Quality Inspection and Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the amount in 7-10 working days.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are offered only for size issues, subject to product availability.
- Exchange requests must also follow the 48-hour submission rule.
- If the desired size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under these circumstances: - The item received was damaged or defective - Wrong product was delivered.
If the product is deemed eligible after inspection, a refund will be issued to Store credit, depending on the situation. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling fees are nonrefundable.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Prepaid refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product: - Record a clear unboxing video showing the issue. - Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Claims made without video proof may not be eligible for refund.
8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Aralia.in is not responsible for: - Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer - Delivery failures due to customer unavailability - Re-attempt or re-shipping fees (if applicable) will be charged from the customer.
9. Store Credit
Store Credit, when issued: - Will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue - Can be used only for purchases from Aralia.in - Cannot be converted to cash.
